Bring your food to life with approved take away packaging
New legislation from the EU, which entered into force in July 2021, prohibits the use of single-use plastic cutlery. This applies to products such as plastic and PLA disposable cutlery, plastic plates, plastic stir sticks and straws as well as cups, food and beverage containers, made from expanded polystyrene (EPS). This means that you as a restaurateur or catering company must resort to alternatives.
At Karl Lund, we of course only offer approved and legal products, and I have therefore collected a few of our best alternatives:
Cardboard salad bowl
Our salad bowls are made of cardboard on the outside and with a PE coating on the inside, and provide a delicious presentation of your salads or warm dishes. We have the salad bowl in 3 sizes:

Plates in sugar cane fibers
In addition to offering classic cardboard plates, we also have a selection of plates made of sugarcane fibers .
They are 100% degradable and compostable, and also have a thicker quality, which makes the plate easier to eat from - even standing up.
The twig color gives a cool finish that presents your food beautifully.
We offer the sizes Ø 18cm and Ø 22cm .
Reusable cutlery
We have just got this new cutlery in stock, which is made of strong plastic - and which is dishwasher safe, and thus can be used again and again.
The cutlery is therefore legal and can be used as an alternative to disposable cutlery. In addition, it is free of charge - it is win-win !
