Spring pastels: Gift wrapping SS21

When spring comes and the days get longer and brighter, I get an urge to surround myself with pastel colours. Preferably in slightly dusty shades. See more cool spring color combinations here.

We have just had a new color made in the popular gift wrap made from 100% recycled paper in a Danish factory: a dusty pink that can be used for both big and small girls – and maybe for men who are not too afraid of colour. By switching between different gift bands, you can "steer" the gift wrap in different directions:

The adorable one

The delicate yellow silk ribbon gives an adorable and feminine expression, which is suitable for christening, confirmation and as a gift for Mother's Day.

The raw

Dark shades such as flax cordel here in shades of blue gives the pink a bit of contrast, and makes the packaging more raw.

The natural one

For a more natural and environmentally conscious look, it is obvious to combine the pink paper with a natural colored string like this one. Spice possibly wrap up with a nice dried flower or logo tape.

Pastels in stripes

If you want a more detailed look, our striped paper in light purple and recycled paper is the case . It can either be styled tone-on-tone with a purple silk ribbon or more modern with an ice blue shade.

Summer atmosphere with dusty light blue shades

The dusty blue wrapping paper is also a color that can be used by everyone, and for me it is a real summer color that reminds me of the beach with seaweed and shells from blue mussels. Paired with white silk ribbon and perhaps styled with a small flower, it doesn't get more summery.
